My cat has been sick, which has made me feel so terrible and anxious, I can hardly function. She's 19.5 years old and has been with me forever. I fear we're nearing the end and I love her so much. If you have a pet, please give them a kiss for me. Take them out for a walk tomorrow; give them a treat

As someone who went through it, I promise you, it was an occupation. Looked and felt like we were being overtaken. I’m still triggered as are SO many of us. I am changed from it, it was absolute terror.
