I sleep-talk all the time and wake myself up saying things like "the wallpaper is trying to get me!" (we don't have any) & (when my husband's getting ready for work) "you're putting on your fireman outfit!" & "there's your wetsuit - Squidward!" & "what's that sound? that must be your morning m&ms"

Yah, I’ve freaked my husband pot with my sleep talking/walking a few times. It tends to happen if I’m sleeping somewhere new or under a lot of stress. Apparently my birth mom use to do it when she was pregnant with me and only when she was pregnant with me so I guess that was me???

my dad once threw his arm down on my mom and yelled "GET THE FUCK DOWN THEY'RE SHOOTING" in the middle of the night before settling back into whatever dream I haven't said anything my partner has noticed, but I did sometimes wake up with extremely odd stuff written in my notes in college
