How are they saying poisoning and also saying it was a pathogen? I feel like I've always heard norovirus spreads very easily and that's why whole cruise ships get hit often. Isn't it more likely one of the kids just had norovirus and infected everyone?

It's getting to be that time of year again. 5.8 million kids with Long COVID here in the US as reported in 2024. How many more lives are people willing to ruin because of a pack of ghouls said it was okay? It's nauseating.
