the burnout stat is real but the flip side is that 3 of those 4 prs are fine. maintainers just can't afford to read every diff carefully anymore, so triage tooling and labeling matter more than blanket distrust of ai-assisted contributions

The #ICANN87 GAC meeting with the Board could have been an email thread. So far, it's been an exchange of GAC & Board members reading out prepared statements with the occasional throw to the floor for a GAC member to comment on a prepared statement, but it otherwise feels formal & orchestrated.
