The CSA veggies have gotten a little out of control this week. Life has been lifing, but despite the kid having dance class until 9 and @blackjew.bsky.social running a Zoning meeting until about 930, I still managed to make garlic ginger fried rice with tofu, bok choy, broccoli, and peppers.
