I picked up a monitor/laptop stand for hobby desk. Struggled for a year to find a place for laptop i can watch things while working. Used yesterday for first time. Watched a battlereport, then an enjoyable interview with @noahvannguyen.bsky.social. Then a rewatch of a Spelling Bee episode...

Oh. Hey. @noahvannguyen.bsky.social 's "Blood of the Godeater" is out. "Godeater's Son" is fantastic and a great start to reading the AoS books, so I'm legitmitately excited for the sequel. You, yes you, dear person who just had this cross their timeline, should buy "Blood of the Godeater". Please.

STOP PUTTING YOUR WORK INTO AI 'DETECTORS' YOU ACHIEVE NOTHING EXCEPT TRAINING AN LLM ON WHAT YOUR ACTUAL, HUMAN WRITING LOOKS LIKE YOU KNOW IF YOU WROTE IT, YES? SO WHY ARE YOU TESTING IT? "oh I just wanted to see how accurate it-" WHO CARES HOW ACCURATE IT IS UNLESS YOU'RE PLANNING TO USE ONE?

I’d been wondering what happened to the new AoS novel you’d been working on. Based on your QnA, this took a good deal of labor to work into it’s final form. I’m glad to see it come to fruition. That is a heck of a cover.
