like in fairness, stims could fuck up my anxiety worse, and she said if the meds dont help i can get a 2nd opinion if i want so she was chill about it. but im a lil peeved to go thru all this effort to be told "hmm i dunnoooo it miiiiight not be adhd mayyyybeee"

well ! talked with psych abt my adhd test results and she was like "well, based on this we dont think you have adhd but you almost certainly have anxiety" like YEAH FUCK I DIDNT KNOW THAT. NOT AT ALL. but we got non-stims so it will be okay
