I'm taking this as a positive that for the first time in 3 weeks I've wanted a cheeseboard. Phased return to work this week, back still not right but gradually improving & tramadol dosage reduced🤞🏼 #SelfCare cheeseboard hopefully setting me up for the week! #Cheese

#RamadanDiaries In student supervision meetings all day.Talking a lot can be a challenge during fasting cos naturally u start to get thirsty.It's important to fit in breaks to give ur voice a rest. Had a really lovely meeting just now with a student exploring cultural diversity. Change is coming! 😊
