I agree, but I actually think the main commentator has been really good. It's rare that I don't find myself wound up by a commentator waffling continuously and/or trying to prove how matey he is with the ex-pro co-commentator (I'm looking at you, Darren Fletcher).

If you ride a MTB on trails that will help your road handling too. Dodging potholes and wet metal manhole covers is a skill you develop too!

Good luck. Riding on the road is not as scary as you think it is. I know it’s easy to say, but once you do it, hopefully, you’ll find it’s ok. The vast majority of drivers are fine. Then once you get the hang of it, you start increasing the distance and/or speed and it becomes amazing.
