That’s about right for Twitter but Twitter was famously badly run under Dorsey (Musk had a germ of a point about cutting costs, if not much else, nor the way he cut them). Bluesky costs probably in the region of $8-12m a year at an educated guess. It raised $15m at series A recently after $8m seed.
