and then there's the whole can of worms with the favourtism and clear underpayment of people in the same group (eg the JTL split with H.O.T., dongwan from shinhwa being removed from the contract once it was time for renewals) thank god with shinhwa they all stuck together though to leave.

yes i get what you mean exactly dw!! it's very predatory right down to how he scouts people, kangta was literally plucked out of an amusement park at 13 and it's all started from there. what happened to scouting adults in reasonable places rather than schools and now online in DMs

exactly the same with lsm; he has an ear and eye for talent musically, kudos to him in that respect. again it's his perception of real people he calls 'products' that is just utterly backwards and disrespectful to the people who have sacrificed their normal lives to work under him

you get it exactly. it is very much the same as with min heejin the old creative director; i can respect her graphic design work and eye for styling etc is impressive, her work is highly recognisable for better or worse. yet acknowledge she is another creep who shouldn't still be working with kids.
