Also, Dems told us that they wouldn’t shift on Gaza because it wasn’t high on voters’ list of priorities, but they are shifting on trans rights even though it is much lower on that list. In reality, it’s because support for Israel and transphobia are both driven by elites, not voters.

To me, there's not even remotely a contest between "do I want my fridge to automate things for me?" and that. The ethical concerns are appalling. Even GenAI enthusiasts give it a 10% chance of destroying the human race within 25 years. TEN PERCENT! and all so we can have bad data results quicker.
