Do you disavow the Gallagher Brotherhood?
Show PostIf anyone remembers the piece I'm talking about please chime in because it was fascinating! But like they described new posters making these like reasonable posts asking for advice and then all the responses would be like demonizing their children
Show PostI wish I could remember where I saw it but I read an article or a blog post or something a while ago by somebody who read through estranged parents forums for research, and they noticed a pattern of like, basically, self righteous assholes dominating the space
Show PostBut since most of these articles seem to be coming from the perspective of sympathizing with the parents, it does strike me as a red flag
Show PostIt's interesting to me, just in the last 5 minutes I've seen three different parents in these articles call out the "shame" and "embarrassment", not missing their children. Obviously it's not easy to be vulnerable about these things and it's very easy to make someone look bad in an article
