It's funny that when discussing what the protagonists have in common, Daisuke is concerned about not having a "Ta" in his name, only a "Da", but Takeru happens to have two "Ta"s in his name (Takaishi Takeru). Reminded me of posts saying Takeru should have been 02's protagonist.

The curious thing is that in the backstory of Re:Digitize, Digitizing technology had a problem that data-converted matter took up too much storage. Their solution? The Digital World, because it wasn't physical storage but another dimension with overwhelming capacity.

Digimon World Re:Digitize didn't focus on the X-Antibody, but explored it with Dorumon, explaining the X-Program and that Yggdrasill created it to optimize the world's capacity. Decode even mentioned the overpopulation directly and made other references to Chronicle.

I think the X-Antibody Digimon lore is well known nowadays. When the Digital World faced a storage crisis, Yggdrasill released the X-Program to erase Digimon. I haven't played Time Stranger's DLC, but from the trailer, I think even that game portrayed it this way.

Digimon has many stories with unique characters and themes, but also moments when elements cross over. But I find it interesting when clashing themes are put together without being acknowledged; I thought of making a text or video about it. Like how Re:Digitize used X-Antibody.
