I’m a Bradford (local team) and Liverpool (I like them?) fan, so mostly I’ll be talking about them, or a film I’ve watched recently. Sorry

I feel like some of the complaints leveled at Resonant have been a result of people thinking of Control as a tight linear game when it was actually a way more meandering thing with weird diversions and secrets
Show PostI think if you’d go back to control you’d probably see that’s a much looser, weirder game than you remember. I know that nominally Resonant is an open world game but it just feels like they built a really big Oldest House.

i think it was worth making sweeping changes to the action and themes of the odyssey in order to ensure it kicks ass. of all the things the original poem did for its audiences surely kicking ass was the most important one to maintain in adaptation
