The WH budget for FY26 includes a proposed $18B cut to NIH, a $5B cut to NASA, a $5B cut to NSF, a $5B cut to CDC, and a $5B cut to EPA. You don't need a math/econ PhD to see that a $40B bailout to Argentina covers this and more right here in the USA. www.politico.com/news/2025/10...
