If USA has any "culture", "rape culture" exists as espoused by our lovely president - a sizable portion of USA thinks this "mindset" is fine - maybe call it a "mental illness" or "sickness". Not saying its the best words, but doesn't help denying that its ingrained in whatever culture exists in USA
