Yep. Of course, he had lots of other problems, like diabetes, & heart problems... That said, if you asked Lemmy, he'd say 'it comes with the territory', or 'welcome to Disneyland', something iconic, then down a large tumbler of vodka, & orange, & you'd be in awe, and say 'wow, what a mensch'.

70 wasn't it? He had no right to live that long, chain-smoking, snorting speed, drinking like a thirsty camel. I aver many a man has come to grief thinking 'I'll drink this bottle of x, y, z, because Lemmy proved it won't harm me', and were promptly laid low in the boneyard forever.
