Impostor syndrome is not a disease. It's a normal response to internalizing impossibly high standards. Doubting yourself doesn’t always mean you're going to fail. It often means you're facing a new challenge and you're going to learn. Feeling uncertainty is a precursor to growth.

It takes curiosity to learn. It takes courage to unlearn. Learning requires the humility to admit what you don't know today. Unlearning requires the integrity to admit that you were wrong yesterday. Learning is how you evolve. Unlearning is how you keep up as the world evolves.
