BTW, he is completely wrong on the law wrt recording. The “two party” rule doesn’t apply to recording in public when there is no reasonable expectation of privacy (like at a press conference).

One positive side effect of better understanding how my AuDHD symptoms affect my life is I avoid applying for jobs that say they require multi-tasking and being in the office five days a week. I also try to build better routines for myself and plan for Future Me's forgetfulness.
