I oversaw the construction of a 24-foot wide tunnel using a boring machine between Lake Mead NRA and the Las Vegas Valley strait through the River Mtns, pumping facilities, underground water reservoirs, and finally the River Mtns Loop Trail. The Mtn has the largest herd of Bighorn Sheep in Nevada.
