ah was low dose over the counter stuff, comes with a billion stupid warnings. main concern is if the overdose back in Aberdeen caused any undetected damage, trust the NHS is not a thing for me. 🤷

Dear US people, just a heads up, in the UK we have private healthcare (as you do) as well as public, free at the point of use, healthcare that you don't. A lot of trans commentators appear to miss this.

there is many the ones and ways can you skimp on, never the food, always try for the best ways the ones as you can. you is what you ingestion, you can be fresh veg, even picked up the bargains of salmon or sausages or chickens... or you can be pot noodle girl. I know which the one I does choose. 🤷
