We lost Winnie yesterday. @kateatherley.bsky.social and I didn't talk about it online but she was diagnosed with a pancreatic mass over a year ago. We managed her symptoms with meds and table syrup, but things ramped up over the last month and now she's gone. It's the worst fucking thing.
