to piggyback: you would be amazed how much you can do w/ less. 3s and 4s aren't even "poor" animation quality necessarily, especially if the posing's good. people think everything should be on 1s or that everything should be a series but a short film done with strong posing and less frames is great

pitch: a star was 'mech' piloting game. like the X-Wing or TIE Fighter games, but you just pilot various mech-like ("walker") vehicles into battle.
