Senator Gallego bears some responsibility for a new meaning of federal Law Enforcement in the U.S. that now equates to unwarranted Militaristic Aggression. Why not rename Homeland Security more honestly to Homeland Terror? Or, is it all only "insulting" to Latinos for Trump voters (as Ruben said)?
