I'm sad, I'm angry, and I don't know how much more grief I can stuff into a 3 month period. I can't get groceries, go to the bank, or do laundry w/o having to regularly swallow down tears in public, or hurry to my car so that I can get it out before scaring strangers with unexpected grief wails.
Show PostI recently learned the only other transgender cousin I had Died by suicide earlier this year. She was 29. She didn't make it to 30. I almost didn't make it to 30. I wasn't there for her. We haven't talked in 5-6 years. I cut contact w/that side of the family in 2020-2021.
Show PostIt took more than a decade, but finally the neurologist agrees that maybe we should get MRI of my fucking brain. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!! Not like the clinical paperwork says that there should be a differential assessment for epilepsy before diagnosing the DID but here we are. 🥰🙏👏👏👏

Show PostWhen suicide prevention campaigns do a video advertisement showing loved ones begging and screaming at a locked door, I got to tell you that's not preventing me from my suicidal ideation. That's very triggering and activating, actually.
