They're in a bad spot now, but arguing for action now could *get them an actionable majority.* I want people to see them pissed. It's a time for matching energies while Trump is Herbert Hoover levels of unpopular. It's not a hard ask.

Well whoever gets in charge next better have a damn good plan for that. SCOTUS has been using that thing as a doormat for most of my life. You can argue the scope of it now is new, fair enough, bit it won't be a new development come 2028. Somebody has to be ready for that.

SCOTUS does not want their chosen King prosecuted. Before you can do anything about Trump and his cronies you have to do something about Roberts and his cronies. John Roberts is the author of all this nonsense. He could have said no at any point but this is what he wants.
