It’s easy to forget how important trust is. It’s essential in building software, & community. Trust is something that takes a long time to build & can be lost in an instance. No one wants your product if they can’t trust you, people won’t work with you if you can’t be trusted. This is a team sport.

Yikes! The last time I visited NYC we paid $160 a night at the Hampton, and that seemed expensive at the time. 😂 Mind you, now that I do the math it was 14 years ago. 🙈

I've never been to New York City and it's a damn shame.
Show PostNot for lack of trying! We tried multiple times a few years ago but lodging was just too expensive (unless we stayed out by a highway in Jersey and commuted in). Turns out, banning AirBnBs and making hotels hard to build makes your city expensive to visit. Ended up in other US cities instead.
