They can lose. But it's going to be messy and dirty. And btw, the midterms are not a lock. They will pull every dirty trick in the book, and then some. We are playing the game at a disadvantage and have to win anyway. That's no easy task.

The NC State Courts Facebook page just posted this, and hooooooboy… Either someone carelessly posted the first quote about juries they found or we have a hero anarchist infiltrating the ranks of our far-right state court administration. (The quote is from Lysander Spooner’s essay “Trial by Jury.”)
