For my height and build, doc says the lowest (if I had a goal weight, which I do not) she’d want to see me at is 140. Which is another 18-20lbs away. If I get there 🤷🏾‍♀️ I’m not fussed, especially since replacing clothes is expensive AF.

Got some good news at ye olde physical, hopefully countering all the negative bs that’s going on. I can drop two of the four meds I’m on I can reduce the dose of my diabetes med CW: weight talk - over the two + years, I’ve lost 125lbs.
