Hello Bluesky. I really struggled yesterday. Every day is a struggle, but yesterday was especially hard. Today, I stripped the bed - a task I'd been putting off - and turned the mattress. The washing machine is running. I'll go for a mooch around town with my best friend later.

Today's lesson: boundaries. Some people simply have no respect. I set a boundary. Someone failed to respect that boundary. Her unsolicited pasta bake has gone straight in the bin, untasted and unwanted.
