The acid test for me is a simple one: Has my professional and/or creative life benefited in any material way from "AI," and very specifically generative "AI"? No, it hasn't. Has it been negatively impacted by the same? Yup, in a whole bunch of ways. My professional life is worse now for it.

Then I played Tiny Bookshop, which I enjoyed immensly - ordering seven new books at my bookstore inspired by the game - before I had a severe overdose of coziness. In the end I didn‘t want to talk to anyone in the game anymore, because they were aggressively friendly all the time. #Trogambouille
