If we don’t want to force everyone to be “gender conforming” then let’s just keep it as single sex as it’s been for decades at least. Men only in men’s toilets and women only in women’s. Sorted.

I have friends who are gender non conforming who do on occasion get challenged in women's toilets. But as soon as they start to speak it is obvious what sex they are and there is usually a shared small laugh to cover the moment of awkwardness. Due to males in female spaces W have become more wary

I also agree that humans can readily accurately identify another human's sex. I think the headline on leaked guidance was unfortunately quite sensationalist but in reality asking people for documentation in every day life is not practical (and we know not accurate as can change sex on various docs)

Humans have been able to correctly indentify males and females since the dawn of time. This sort of woke capture brings our party into disrepute. Ed Davey has repeatedly said that we accept the Supreme Court judgement. We should not now, as above, be trying to undermine it.
