Hey Californians! Ballot measure 40 institutes a tax on billionaires--ONLY billionaires--to fund health care for the rest of us. Ballot measures 41 and 42 were funded by billionaires and will INVALIDATE Prop 40 if they pass. Also prop 39 is aimed at restricting voting rights, fuck that one.
