Wow, these Phase 3 results for LIVMARLI surprised me! For kids with ultra-rare cholestatic liver diseases, it significantly reduced their severe itch (1.81-point improvement vs 0.83 for placebo) and cut bile acids in their blood by 69% vs placebo.
