Got down to single % bf this week. Felt like I hit a wall energy wise. Drained like I had pulled an all nighter despite plenty of good sleep. Trainer said single % bf was dumb for me and to eat more and get more fatty stuff in my diet. So ate a bunch of garbage this week and now feel incredible. Huh
