I'm changing my antidepressants for the first time in 5 years and oh boy is it starting to get rough. Withdrawals, side effects, etc. are making a mess of me. 😨 I'll be a bit more absent this month as I go through this, and I apologize in advance if I'm sensitive and grumpy. 😭
