That question came up at the tail end of my intake appointment too 🤣
Show PostIt came up in the context of what I planned to study in college but it altered the way I think about everything. Taught me to go against the grain if need be. I remember every detail of that day, down to the song on the radio that my therapist would play softly as background noise.
Show PostBoring answer perhaps, but I went to therapy. It was the first time I was asked what I wanted to do with my life, and why I was doing what others wanted me to instead. I genuinely didn’t think I had much of a choice until that moment.
