I have no idea what Lucy Powell MP the new SoS for Education will do... but the following steps would be a great start for September: 1. Provide all teachers with CPD on the Climate Emergency. This could use the Emergency Briefing for teachers & supporting resources from @ministryofeco.bsky.social.

Since we're talking about emotions again, I'll drop this here, from 2020 (the before times). Think of climate engagement as a platform held up by three affects: fear of climate breakdown, outrage at climate denial, and desire for a new world. We should cultivate all three feelings at once!
