The vulnerability the Pentagon was warning about appears to be related to attackers using manipulated QR codes to link people's Signal accounts to their own devices (not a vulnerability in Signal's end-to-end encryption). Signal patched this in an update in February: www.wired.com/story/russia...

When we tax corporate elites who own housing, production of goods & services, & all the rest, what do you think the chances are that they just pay for it out of pocket without making any changes that affect all of the tenants, customers, etc? None. No chance. We wind up paying for that taxation.
