Every time they speak it's clear they have no idea how the working poor live. No one goes on Medicaid until they are sick or injured. There are no monthly payments. It reimburses medical care. People, both working and not, use Medicaid because they don't have the money for health insurance.

UPDATE: after another twenty five minutes I told the flight attendant and they checked the lavatory to make sure someone was not having a legit medical emergency. Turns out the lock had simply been jostled and it had been unoccupied all this time.
