Florida passed a law if your a minor charged with abuse n cruelty. They have to do a psycho evaluation. One county has a sheriff his police department not only do they put your arrest on social media. That camera goes off. Somebody is getting their ass kicked.

2nd problem make laws mandates cruelty is a felony ect. Following through on them differ in the states. Slap a felony on ya dog fighting because in the most part its illegally gambling. But you kick a dog to death smother some kittens. Slap on the wrist 250 fine. Florida takes it seriously.
