This is an open source project, the entire codebase IS RANDOS ON THE INTERNET That's the development model, that's how FOSS projects are made. Either you have random people from the internet make stuff, or you have massive corporations do it.

Fork it and do what? Only work with people you know in person basically? This is a problem hitting the entire FOSS space, and people are acting like it's on specifically Godot that they haven't found the magic cure-all solution yet.
