I am sorry but this is not a case of one artist ripping off another and to come out the gate swinging, calling it plagiarism, and for support to be taken away from another artist is frustrating and sets the stage for conflict if there is even a slight similarity in works
Show PostBut they both look completely different? By this logic, do tattoo/flower shop AUs all rip off one another? These are the symbols most associated with these characters and the art looks nothing like yours
Show Postblantaly ripped off is very strong phrasing for a concept that's been popular across fandoms for awhile now.. trying to get people to not support another artist who most likely also needs the funds from their merch to get by is not the way to go about this :(
Show Postagain, i get that it can feel bad to think you've been plagiarised, but calling someone out like this can cause actual harm, and i can't imagine it feels good to see a post that calls you a plagiarist when you're not. please look at their inspo and try to understand this is not a fair accusation
Show Postdon't match. vash was always red, and wolfwood has gained a blue association with stampede/stargaze. also vash, wolfwood, and knives are probably the three most popular characters in trigun, so it's also not really fair to point to that either. there is really just not enough to call plagiarism here
