Congratulations to Don - whose nephew directed much of the fab new Ocean film and began his diving career in Lamlash Bay - and Howard Wood. Arran shows how a marine protected area CAN work - devised & agreed locally not imposed.

There is a portion of the film that features what can be done to restore the marine environment. Basically stop bottom trawling. I recommend having a look at some of the videos put out by @arrancoast.bsky.social here and on YouTube. They were part of the collaboration team on the filming.
