Having brothers, tons of male cousins, and friends who are men, it's my observation that no one thinks less of men than other men. The private admonitions about men's terrible behavior have come from the men closest to me. Hence my insistence that it's other men's responsibility to intervene.

I just miss how when I was a kid Lego’s were bricks in a range of colors and limited shapes and you made something creative and you didn’t follow instructions. I enjoyed that. The whole build this one thing with these directions type of play never appealed to me.
