Hi all! Some of you wrote us that their media handle suddenly appears as „invalid“. This is a synching issue and happens to some users. Usually it disappears after a while and has no impact on your account or functionalities. It’s on our bug-fix-list. Btw: Our CMO Hogir has the same issue…😅

The first 3 weeks I did one meal a day. Later it evolved to basically 1,5 meals a day. Some days (mostly during the weekend), i still just do one meal.

I started two months ago, lost 10 kg so far. I had the same concerns, being vegetarian doesn't exactly make it easier. Had a full check-up last week, everything came back great. I did go fo a vitamin D supplement. Ne mindful of what you eat, listen to your body, and get checked if you're unsure.
