A classic example of the phenomenon is that if you look around outside and it's cloudy and dark and the ground is covered in water everywhere, the reasonable conclusion is that it rained. You'd have to have some pretty spectacular evidence to prove otherwise. We don't have to be purposefully dumb.

You claim it's unclear why the extremely prominent leader of a political movement was shot in broad daylight from 200m away, in the throat, at a political event he was the speaker at, and which he was presently speaking. About gun violence. I mean, you're the one promulgating an oddball theory.
