Part of a group of 62 Chough at Pendeen Watch last week. Couldn’t help taking a break from a seawatch! Following a successful breeding season, at least 400 are now estimated to be in Cornwall. The original descendants from 2001 are from Ireland. (DNA proven).

Brilliant first day back on the Anglesey patch after my month away. The morning at Cemlyn started well with my 1st Anglesey Tree Sparrow since Jan 2019, but that was later eclipsed when I found a juv Amerian Golden Plover on the main island. A self found ✔️.
