I know ppl are getting in their heads about Vance (or Rubio), but the most likely outcome is Vance is the nom, tries to thread the needle on being the sitting VP for a deeply unpopular incumbent, does so poorly, & loses. Kamala Harris is triple the pol he is & couldnt pull it off. He wont either.
